• Temperature Control – To maximise hatch rates, a successful incubator must maintain even air temperature. Using Brinsea’s computer modeled temperature mapping technology, the temperature is controlled through the digital display and can be set to an accuracy of 0.1°C.
• Humidity Control – The OvaEasy 100 Advance EX incubator comes with a built-in humidity pump which will give the user optimum control for valuable and hard-to-incubate eggs. Brinsea’s new room temperature alarm (high and low) is now fitted to all digitally controlled models and warns the user if room temperatures vary too widely so that action can be taken to protect the developing chicks.
• Periodic Egg Cooling – The OvaEasy 100 Advance EX periodic egg cooling system is a unique new design which best mimics the natural way in which a mother would sit on the eggs and it gives the user the option of 60, 120, 180, 240, 300 or 360 minutes a day in which the eggs will be cooled. Once this cooling period is over the incubator will then return to its correct incubation temperature. This has been proven to increase hatching rates.
• Removable Trays & Hatching Covers – The eggs are held in removable trays and the end user can configure their incubator to their needs by the choice of trays available. Universal trays are adjustable for egg size from quail through to goose and are supplied as standard. Eggs are set and hatch in trays on two tilting shelves which are set level for hatching. Hatching covers are provided to safely contain the hatching chicks. The OvaEasy 100 Advance EX is best suited to single stage incubation where a batch of eggs is set at one time and all hatch together. The hatching trays come complete with removable covers to contain the chicks.
